Basically this enchant provides a speed boost, it could be speed 2 or speed 3. This would really depend on the level. Stamina 1- Infinite Speed 1 Stamina 2 - Infinite Speed 2 Stamina 3 - Infinite Speed 3

As this gives a permanent speed boost, the price should be somewhat high.
